Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale optimization
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred
