Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for the '2026 Horizon' product suite.
- Lead the design of scalable microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging AI technologies into core products.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments.
- Act as a technical thought leader in industry conferences and internal strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture is a major plus.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
