Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for our flagship AI platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- System Design & Optimization: Design complex, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Future-Proofing: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technical roadmaps for multi-year product cycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise scalable architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
