Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for home and business users.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex technical queries efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and devices.
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
