Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical incidents, requests, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize IT workflows and improve user experience.
- Assist in system upgrades and perform regular backups and security scans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
