What You Will Do:
You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring they have a seamless digital experience. Your technical expertise and patience will be key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users promptly.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
