Responsibilities
- Provide remote and in-person technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems reported by end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to prevent future outages.
- Mentor junior staff members and participate in weekly training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
