Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Conduct routine hardware inventory checks and asset tagging.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
