- Collaborate with the content team to draft engaging blogs, newsletters, and ad copy.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to report on campaign success.
- Manage basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
