Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, answering inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct product onboarding sessions to ensure new clients understand how to utilize our platform effectively.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively reach out to address any concerns before they escalate.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on feature requests and usability issues.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Prepare weekly performance reports and update stakeholders on client progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or account management.
- Proficiency with CRM software and remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
