Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, account setup, and product navigation.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to communicate common user concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
