Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer concerns using established protocols and escalation procedures
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and satisfaction scores
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software
