Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing and service issues using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Process orders and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >92%)
- Update customer profiles in real-time through proprietary systems
- Participate in bi-weekly training on product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work 25-30 hours/week (evening/weekend availability)
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site events
- Pass background check and drug screening
