Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and service requests.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
