Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for technical escalations
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training modules
- Support cross-functional projects in sales and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech/retail
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week including weekends
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
- Eligible for $750 sign-on bonus after 30 days
