Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product inquiries, order issues, and billing discrepancies
- Update customer records in Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail/tech industry
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekends
