Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Process customer orders and update account information accurately within the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to identify new business opportunities.
