Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times

Qualifications
