Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ inbound/outbound customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with first-call resolution excellence
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for satisfaction and efficiency
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis location
- Immediate availability for flexible shifts including weekends
