Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory organization, restocking shelves, and maintaining store visual standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
