Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized front-desk experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
