Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns processing, and account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and supporting colleagues during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
