- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases in Salesforce and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Conduct product demonstrations for new clients during onboarding
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report technical bugs and feature requests
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and training materials
- Support weekend and evening shifts based on business needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital workspace
- Strong problem-solving with analytical mindset
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekends
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
