Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations and order accuracy
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and light food items with precision and artistry
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation with meticulous attention
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all service areas, equipment, and inventory
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and build lasting relationships
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while maintaining food safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and evenings
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in POS systems and technology applications
