Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming communications
- Coordinate reservations and room assignments using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain pristine front desk and lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Strong verbal communication skills
