Responsibilities
- Handle 20-25 customer inquiries daily via chat, email, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues for our SaaS platform using CRM tools and documentation
- Collaborate with product team to identify feature improvements and report bugs
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and update troubleshooting guides
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce with daily data hygiene
- Support weekend and evening shifts during peak product launches
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekends
- Must reside within 15 miles of Austin city center
