Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving inquiries regarding orders and status updates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date digital records of stock levels and customer information.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or warehousing is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
