Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
