Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our database systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure order accuracy.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in training new hires and providing feedback to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
