Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure a fully stocked workspace.
- Organize and digitize physical files, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting room logistics.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle basic data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to improve office workflows and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
