Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflow during the assigned night shift to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock transfers, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift management and other departments to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Manage shift schedules, handle disciplinary actions when necessary, and address employee concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
