- Oversee 15-20 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management systems and ensure 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety initiatives
- Drive productivity through performance metrics and real-time coaching
- Manage cross-functional projects including automation integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator License required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work flexible overnight schedule with weekend rotations
