Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational duties within a high-volume warehouse or logistics center.
- Load and unload freight accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
