Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Train on new processes and technologies to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation to work night shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
