Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within first week)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual Spanish preferred
