Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift warehouse associates to ensure operational excellence
- Optimize inventory management processes using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure overnight operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
