Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse organization through strategic pallet racking and space utilization
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Maintain clean, compliant workspaces following 5S methodology
- Generate accurate shipping documentation and reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends
- Proven teamwork and problem-solving abilities
