Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and optimize storage space utilization
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shift work
