Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading shipments
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain incident-free operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends included)
