Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person night shift team with daily performance metrics
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy (99.9% target)
- Implement lean manufacturing principles for operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff on new equipment/processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift management
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership of 10+ person teams in 24/7 environments
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM shifts)
