Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
