Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during evening shift operations
- Implement and enforce safety procedures in warehouse environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company policies
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers with day shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Forklift Operator certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
