Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, adhering to safety standards and timelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
