Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and controlled manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, reporting issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
