Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages, logging data into the inventory management system.
- Pack and label products securely to ensure safe transport and proper storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and inventory continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles.
- Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
