Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Prepare orders for shipping by organizing, labeling, and placing them on pallets or shelves.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
