Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with transportation partners
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
