Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records using ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the training of new staff members and cross-train in related departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
