Job Overview
As a Night Shift Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of inventory, ensuring that our distribution network runs smoothly while our competitors sleep.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse aisles.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to management immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
