Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet 99.8% accuracy standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
